Orders are sent via courier or Australia Post, unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Free shipping is offered for standard orders over AUS $150, excluding bulky heavy items.
Orders under AUS $150 incur a AUS $20 courier delivery fee.
Orders under $150 can also be shipped by Express Post and incur AUS $30 courier fee.

Any order over AUS$ 150, including bulky items can be shipped by Express Post whenever this service is available to your destination, at a cost. For a quote about Express service please contact us at hello@contemporarypetspace.com.

Exclusive and personalized order items may take up to 8 weeks to ship.

All orders are sent within the next working day unless otherwise specified. Delivery time for in-stock items is approximately 4-6 business days.Out-of-stock items will have an estimated delivery date provided.

Standard orders under 2 Kg are shipped via courier or  Australia Post and incur AUS $45 delivery fee. Standard orders under 2 Kg can also be shipped by Express Post and incur AUS $55 courier fee. Bulky and heavy items or orders over 2kg may incur additional freight charges.

For full-priced items, we accept returns or exchanges provided they are in a condition suitable for resale. If you wish to initiate a return, please adhere to the following guidelines:

- Ensure that all tags and original packaging are still intact.
- The item should not have been worn, modified, or laundered. We do not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been used.
- Please note that perishable goods (such as food products) and custom-made orders are not eligible for returns.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item, except in cases where the item is deemed faulty or was sent in error by Contemporary Pet Space.

For international orders, Contemporary Pet Space cannot assume liability for product damage during transit or for items ordered incorrectly. Consequently, we are unable to refund shipping charges or sales taxes. We strongly advise careful consideration before placing international orders.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that financial institutions may require some time to process and post the refund.

EXCHANGES

Similar to refunds, shipping costs are not refundable. The exchanged item will be dispatched once we receive the returned product. Please be aware that exchange requests are subject to product availability, and we cannot guarantee the availability of specific items for exchanges.
